RTO Registration Process

RTO Delhi Vehicle Registration Process

Location - RTO Offices - Motor

New Registration

Visit Parivahan Sewa, select Online Services, Vehicle-Related Services and then choose your state.

Choose Apply for New Registration or For Temporary Registered Vehicles based on requirement.

Enter the temporary registration number, fill out the application form, and upload required documents.

Pay the registration fee online and book a vehicle inspection appointment at the Delhi RTO office.

After inspection approval, RC smart cards will be delivered to your registered address.

Registration Renewal

Visit Parivahan Sewa, go to Online Services, Vehicle-Related Services and select your state.

Choose the nearest Delhi RTO, click Renewal of Registration and enter your vehicle details.

Upload required documents like RC booklet and inspection report for the renewal process.

Pay the renewal fee and schedule a vehicle inspection appointment at the RTO office.

After inspection approval, a renewed RC smart card will be delivered to your address.

Visit Parivahan

Visit Parivahan > Online Services> Vehicle-Related Services. Select State.

Select RTO

From the dropdown menu, select your nearest RTO office and click Proceed.

Enter Details
