For cashless claims, take your car to any of our network garages.
For reimbursement claims, you can choose any of your preferred garages. However, ensure that it is an authorised garage.
Step 3: Prepare for the Survey of your Car
We will respond within 48 hours and send a surveyor to examine the damage incurred to your car.
Step 4: Submit the Required Documents
Provide all the necessary details about the car insurance claim and submit the supporting documents to the surveyor.
Step 5: Liability Confirmation and Claim Settlement

How to Handle Third-Party Car Insurance Claims?
If you have caused the Third-Party Damages
Step 1: Notify us regarding the third-party auto insurance claim within 24 hours.
Step 2: Provide all the necessary details and submit the supporting documents to us. It includes proof of evidence of the accident, including photos, videos, and Police reports.
Step 3: We will investigate the damages, consult with involved persons, evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate compensation amount based on the third-party insurance coverage.
Step 4: If the compensation amount is agreed between you and the third party, the issue is resolved. In case of disagreements, the claim may proceed further to litigation, where a court will make the final decision.
If you are the victim of claiming third-party insurance
Step 1: Visit the nearest Police Station and file the First Information Report (FIR) for the accident.
Step 2: Collect the third-party motor insurance details of the vehicle owner who caused damages to your car. Approach them for compensation.
