For Planned Hospitalisation
We should be informed at least 48 hours before the proposed admission date. The intimation should be sent by email to: Cashlesseverywhere@Indusindinsurance.com. For any assistance, the customer can call us on 022-48903009 (Paid).
For Emergency Hospitalisation
The intimation must be provided within 48 hours of hospitalisation & before the patient's discharge, whichever is earlier.
